Your tasks

  • Professional customer service in the back office, the service center and the service station on the Terrassenufer
  • Sale and procurement of tourist services and souvenirs
  • Sale of vouchers and annual passes
  • Tourist customer advice beyond the travel offers
  • Accounting and cash handling in accordance with cash regulations
  • Operational coordination with nautical personnel and operations management (e.g. capacity queries,
  • Adherence to travel times, registration of guests with special requests, coordination in the event of accidents or emergencies)
  • Coordination of processes in the service station in the event of daily changes in consultation with all departments involved
  • Setting up and processing tours and offers in the Travelmanager booking system
  • Processing of inquiries, bookings, reservations, options and cancellations
  • Management of quotas and processing of timetables and framework agreements
