Team Leader Gastronomy Zoo m/f/d

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader for our gastronomy in the zoo (m/f/d), who will confidently ensure the daily business processes and implement our specified quality standards. In this responsible position, you will coordinate our catering team, monitor stock levels and carry out inventories. You will be responsible for securing sales and accounting for the daily revenue and ensure that staff are allocated as required.

With your organizational skills, you will ensure order and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines and minimize losses of goods and equipment. If you are a passionate restaurateur and enjoy working in a lively environment, we look forward to receiving your application!

Your tasks

  • Ensuring daily business processes
  • Implementation of the specified quality standards
  • Coordination of the catering team
  • Checking the stock of goods, carrying out inventories
  • Securing sales, monitoring cash bookings
  • Settlement of daily revenue including revenue transfer
  • Daily staff allocation according to business situation independently or after consultation with the zoo catering management or restaurant management
  • Responsibility for inventory, goods orders
  • Organization and control of order and cleanliness in accordance with the specified HACCP guidelines
  • Minimizing losses of goods and equipment
  • Support for service staff during busy periods
  • Complaints management

  • Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist | hotel specialist ideally initial experience in a management position
